• Question: What would happen if you sent a fish to space when it was in a bag of water??? Would it did or not because they get oxygen through their gills from the water???

Oxygen isn’t infinite. The fish breaths in the same way as us – it takes in oxygen (just from the water, not the air), and turns it into carbon dioxide. Eventually it would run out of oxygen to breath, and suffocate.

(P.S. please don’t send your pet fish into space!)

I think the biggest problem for the poor fish would be the fact that space is ~ -268 Celsius. The water in the bag would intantly freeze and the fish would be frozen! So for all intents and purposes the fish would die yes.
