It’s pretty much impossible to “prove” something in science. We can just say “very likely” or “we haven’t found evidence that says otherwise”. I don’t think we have found any sort of evidence that there’s other life in the universe.
BUT.
I think it’s inevitable. The universe is pretty massive, and we aren’t in a special part of the universe at all.
BUT.
Will we ever see anything? I doubt it. For example, if you have a car that goes at 50 miles an hour, and it travels for 2 hours, it can only travel 100 miles. It’s the same with the universe. The universe is not infinitely old, and light is not infinitely fast. So there’s only so much of the universe we can see. If there’s life outside that area we won’t ever be able to see it.
