      Some people are allergic to plant pollen, so yes!

      Its very strange that you asked this as last month i was speaking to one of my friends (who is currently studying plant toxins in America) about this very same topic!.
      .
      Kalmia latifolia “Mountain laurel” pollen is toxic to humans, she also mentioned that if bees use this pollen for making honey then the honey itself is toxic!
