      Money is its own science, and there’s a lot of ways of looking at that question. All the paper money? The trade value of old currencies not being used anymore? There’s also how much value you “think” something has – some people think trading cards are worth hundreds of pounds, but other people see them as bits of card. Companies are very much the same, and they probably make up a big amount of the money in the world. And then you have countries owing other countries money that doesn’t exist – America, the UK, Germany and so on all still have to pay for materials/damages caused by WW1 and WW2.

      So there’s genuinely no answer! One of the things I find very interesting as a scientist is that your answers to questions completely change depending on how you ask the question, even though you think the question is the same…
