I didn’t know what I wanted to be when I was at school, but I liked geography, maths and physics at school, so I opted for environmental science at university. After university, I got a job as a laboratory technician, analysing soil samples, then as an environmental consultant, which covered many different topics such as noise and air quality. I have always been interested in air pollution, and I enjoyed the air quality aspect of my environmental consultant role, so I applied for a job as an air quality consultant.
