Question: What's the most fun experiment you have ever done (including school)?

I’ve done a lot of fun experiments, but one of my favorite was when we had leftover liquid nitrogen in my lab. Liquid nitrogen is very cold (77 Kelvin, or around -200 deg C). We took a banana from a labmate’s lunch, and put it inside the container of liquid nitrogen. When we pulled the banana out, it was frozen solid and we were able to break it up like piece of glass! This wasn’t an experiment where we were trying to learn anything new, just a fun way to see science in action!
