I think some stuff is more interesting than others, absolutely, but I find that as long as the person doing the science cares about it and can talk about it, then I find it interesting too

I’m not interested in every single subject ever – I have sat through a few talks (or even lectures at uni..) where I thought “this is just boring”. I can’t really remember any specific examples though, because I tend to forget the things I’m not interested in…
A lot of subjects, even from different areas are really interesting to me though! There is also a category of subjects which I am interested in, but which I still don’t really understand as they just go over my head – I had this recently for example when I read a magazine article about something in quantum physics which I thought sounded really interesting but then ended up not really following what was going on 😛

Ofcourse! I love learning about what my other collegues in other departments are doing in their own work! I usually attend the Symposiums that our university holds to try and keep up with the research being done at the University.
      .
I find Physics really interesting and i love talking to physicists especially about the really big things (like the universe) and really small things! (such as particle physics and subatomic concepts).
